We spoke with a close family friend to the Jackson's who claim that the initial findings of the INDEPENDENT autopsy are out - and the INDEPENDENT pathologists ARE NOT ABLE rule out foul play as the cause of death.

You'll recall that the Los Angeles coroner's claim (which was released before doing a toxicology examination - which is HIGHLY irregular) that foul play was "not likely" the cause of death.

And there's more. MediaTakeOut.com's insider claims that, while they're still waiting for results from the INDEPENDENT toxicology exam, so far it looks like foul play WAS IN FACT involved. Tells the insider, "We were told that it looks like it could be foul play - and that the toxicology results will come in next week. The official Los Angeles coroner's toxicology reports are not expected to be out for another month.
