So I'm sure everyone has noticed while they are watching football or Americas Top Model or Bad Girls Club that when a commercial comes on your TV starts to scream at you. Well the FCC finally did something right. They came up with the C.A.L.M. Act bill. The Commercial Advertisement Mitigation Act or C.A.L.M. Act is designed to allow the FCC to regulate these wanksta ass corporations for having excessive loud and strident commercials.

Now personally I'm tired of Oral B screaming at me telling me how I can reduce plaque build up if I switch to there toothbrush. Or these local car dealerships I swear I can feel them spitting on me from screaming in my face. An outside voice and an inside voice are 2 totally different things. These commercials are at a 8, I dont want to hear them at a 10!
