This is the bottom line on this fight, can Mayweather's chin hold up against Manny's best shot? We all know that Mayweather has one of the best defense's in boxing, but Pacquiao will get to land some power punches against Mayweather. Mayweather has faced bigger guys in his career, and has yet to be knocked out. Now what makes us think that a former flyweight can move up and have more power then natural welterweights, or even super welterweights? Well Manny has shown to have good knockout power against Oscar, Hatton and Cotto, that is what most Pacquiao supporters will say. But it is hard to believe that a former flyweight hits harder then all previous Mayweather opponents. My opinion is that Pacquiao needs to either knockdown Mayweather several times, or knock him out all together to win this fight. Mayweather has better defensive skills and all around better boxing skills, he also has very good speed, and is a good counterpuncher. I think Mayweather should win this fight either by knockout, or decision. Mayweather should be able to land many punches against Pacquiaos wild boxing style. Pacquiao leaves himself open alot and Mayweather should be able to capitalize of off this. And might end up knocking out Pacquiao with the accumulation of punches through the fight. I maintain my opinion that all Pacquiao has is a punchers chance, that is if Mayweather's chin doesn't hold up.
